Proco Products, Inc. uses the following freight companies for shipping products “prepay and add” where no carrier has been specified. You may use the links below to track any packages using the tracking number from your invoice. Proco has a negotiated rate with UPS Freight for LTL service and extends a 77% discount to our customers. Please make sure to let your Proco Customer Service Representative know you want to take advantage of this discount at order placement. The UPS Freight charge will be added as a separate line item to your invoice.

Daily UPS Pick-Up at Stockton Location 4:30pm (Pacific Time)
Daily UPS Pick-Up at Satellite Houston Location 4:00pm (Central Time)
Daily UPS Pick-Up at Satellite Atlanta Location 2:30pm – 3:00pm (Eastern Time)
Proco Products, Inc. will ship freight via customer request either collect or 3rd party billing for all other carriers. Please send shipping instructions with order if using a 3rd Party Logistics Party for your shipments. Please note that some freight carriers will not pick up the same day as scheduled for pick-up.
For Priority Air Freight Collect or 3rd Party Shipments by Customer Request:
For customers specifying priority shipments via Fed-Ex, Pilot Air, Bax Global, DHL, Linden or other services, orders must be processed before 11:00am (Pacific Time) in order for freight to be scheduled for pick-up. (Use Logos and pick up from the website).
UPS Freight, this will be for Prepay & Add shipments. For Echo, Prepaid shipments only
Proco will make every effort to ship all orders same day for order placement before 10:00am (Pacific Time) for truck shipments and before 12:00pm for UPS parcel ground shipments. UPS Priority Parcel orders processed by 2:00pm (Pacific Time) will ship same day as order placement. Carry over for parcel ground or truck shipments may occur depending on number of orders processed during each day.
