I joined Proco in August of 1999 as Executive Vice-President. I was promoted to President in January of 2006. I had previously worked for Holz Rubber Co. for 26 years, the last 7 of those years as President. I’ve been in the rubber industry since 1973.

I was born and raised in Northern California. I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
